Wtf, is this a serious question? I guess you have to be open about meeting new people. It's ok to be shy but when people talk to you, take it as an opportunity to let them know you. Don't be too hasty about ending the conversation.
I can't give you tips on having a good character cause I don't have one. Hahaha, and please hor, I don't have alot of friends ok.
