This question reminded me of a recent conversation with him! We were talking and decided we wanted to be cool and not celebrate Valentine's Day like other couples do. But eventually, we gave in (because it will be our first V-day!) and it was humiliating because we were laughed at by our friends. Haha.
Back to your question, we will be having "high-tea" at his place and he will be cooooooking! I'm really not sure about the exact details because he wanted to plan it (:
